On which operation system application can be used?

Application can be runned on following operations systems:
Windows XP
Windows Server 2003
Windows Vista
Windows Server 2008
Windows 7

Also .NET Framework 2.0 or above is required to run application, it's by default included in Windows operation system, only on Windows XP you have to download and install it manually.

How do I install?

Download .zip file from downloads page, unzip it to some folder (for example %SystemRoot%\Media) run svchost.exe included in archive and setup email account. Once you have ran application, press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F3 and "Properties" window will be opened.

Do I need anything else to run application properly?

Yes, you need email account and SMTP server address. If you do not know your internet service provider SMTP server address, you could use google mail account and their server (smtp.gmail.com). For more information, visit their web page.

How do I remove the software?

Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F3 and preferences window will be opened.
1. Click "Remove from startup" button.
2. Click "Stop and close program" button.

I have multiple user accounts on my computer, do I have to install application to every account separately?

It depends. If you run application as administrator, it will be launched after reboot for all users. If you run application under less privileged user, it will be launched for after reboot only for the current user.

Can I install it on multiple computers?

Yes, you can install application on as many your own computers as you like.

How to transfer settings from one computer to another?

1. Enter your settings (email, user name etc.) and click "Save"
2. Click "Create a copy with current settings"
3. Copy "svchost_copy.exe" from current folder to usb memory stick or send it with email
4. Copy "svchost_copy.exe" to another computer.
5. (Optional) On another computer rename "svchost_copy.exe" to "svchost.exe"
6. Run .exe file on another computer

About MSN sniffing

Keymemory keylogger includes a MSN chat sniffer, but due VPN connections and firewalls incoming MSN traffic capturing may be disabled. Also notice that incoming traffic is captured only then keylogger is started by user who has administrator user rights.
